FUEL CHARGE: Due to rapidly escalating fuel prices, Carnival Corporation & plc’s six North American brands, including Carnival Cruise Lines, have implemented a fuel supplement of $5 per person, per day.  The fuel supplement, which applies to the first and second guests in a stateroom is effective on all bookings for cruises departing on, or after February 1, 2008.

Single occupancy is available at 200% of the fare for all categories. Please note to calculate the single fare you must first combine the cruise fare and the non-commissionable fare

Ø Initial deposit of $25.00 per person will be due on all double occupancy cabins on or before March 15, 2008.  

Ø Triple, quad, (3rd & 4th) and balcony cabin require full deposit in the amount of $50.00 per person.

Ø   Monthly payments in the amount of $75.00 per person will be due on the 1st of each month, beginning April 1, 2008

The above price includes cruise fare, all government, port fees and fuel surcharge. Insurance, ground transportation, and prepaid gratuities have not been included in the above fare. The above prices are for cabin guarantee (meaning cruise line will assign the cabin just weeks prior to the cruise). Cabin assignment requires full deposit of $200.00 per person.

PAYMENT SCHEDULES
Minimum monthly payment of $75.00 is required by the 1st of each month or your cabin is subject to cancellation by Carnival Cruise Line. All payment can be made with all major credit cards by calling Cruise Planners at 1-888-292-1997 or by mail to the address below:

FINAL PAYMENT:
Final payment will be due on or before July 25, 2008.  Carnival Cruise Line has the options to cancel your cabin at any time if monthly payment is not maintained. Please note that all reservation are subjects to cancellation at the direction of the cruise line if final payment is not received by the Carnival Cruise Line on or before the final payment due date.  There is no exception to this rule, and no grace period.  Passport will be required for all guests.

CRUISE LINE CANCELLATION POLICY:  Begins July 25, 2008, A $50.00 per person non-refundable fee for all guests who cancel for any reason. (this amount will be donation to the church).

Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare, non commission fare, air add-on, supplemental fare, cruise only transfers and pre and post cruise packages where applicable. No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance and review Carnival policy.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:   Everyone MUST have a valid Passport, and a photo I.D. to show Proof of Citizenship.  Voter registration or social security cards are not considered proof of citizenship.  Non-U.S. citizens must have a valid Passport and photo I.D.  Boarding will be denied to anyone who fails to bring the proper documentation.  Proper documentation is your responsibility.  For more information on passports, please go to: www.travel.state.gov

DINING:  The group will be dining during the main seating time, 6:15 pm.  If you prefer to dine outside of the group, during the later 8:00 pm seating, please let us know, and we'll be happy to arrange that for you.
