Monthly deposit in the amount of $50.00 per person will be due on the 15th of each month and final payment will be due by July 1, 2010. Deposit in the amount of $75.00 per person on all cabins, double occupancy, triple and quad cabins (Please note limited triple/quad cabins are available).

The above price includes cruise fare, all government, port fees and fuel surcharge per person. Insurance, ground transportation, and prepaid gratuities have not been included in the above fare. Prices are for cabin guarantee (meaning cruise line will assign the cabin just weeks prior to the cruise). Cabin assignment requires full deposit of $250.00 per person.  Single occupancy is available at 200% of the fare for all categories. Please note to calculate the single fare you must first combine the cruise fare and the non-commissionable fare. All rates and terms are subject to change without prior notice.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS PASSPORTS:    Everyone MUST have a valid Passport, and a photo I.D. to show Proof of Citizenship.  Voter registration or social security cards are not considered proof of citizenship.  Non -U.S. citizens must have a valid Passport and photo I.D.  Boarding will be denied to anyone who fails to bring the proper documentation.  Proper documentation is your responsibility.  For more information on passports, please go to: www.travel.state.gov All itineraries are subject to change without notice.

CRUISE LINE CANCELLATION:   Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations. Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare, non commission fare, air add-on, supplemental fare, cruise only transfers and pre and post cruise packages where applicable. No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance and review cancellation date below.

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: For additional information and coverage on the insurance coverage, please click on the link to review policy to cancel for any reason.  Purchase within 15 days of initial trip deposit to waive pre-existing conditions, to cover supplier default, and to receive limited terrorism coverage (see "coverage description"  on the home page of the website).The default must occur more than 15 days following the purchase of the insurance in order to receive the coverage. All guests have the option to decline the trip insurance but a written notification declining coverage must be provided to Cruise Planners. 
 
     NOTE:  Carnival Cruise Line has the options to cancel your cabin at any time if monthly payment is not maintained.  Final Payment Due Date:  Please note that all reservation are subjects to cancellation at the direction of the cruise line if final payment is not received by the Carnival Cruise Line on or before the final payment due date.  There is no exception to this rule, and no grace period.  

Effective January 1, 2008 on new bookings only are minimum age and pregnancy polices changed.
Infants must be at least six (6) months of age at the beginning of the cruise to be eligible to travel.  For Trans-Atlantic, Hawaii and South America cruises only, infants must be at least twelve (12) months of age at the beginning of the cruise to travel.

Guests who will be 25 weeks or more into their pregnancy by the end of the cruise will not be permitted to sail. (Please notify your travel agent at the time of booking)
