Besides being your friends, we do business with you and Deborah because you do a good job taking care of our cruising needs and we like the personal touch. We don't have any trouble contacting you with e-mail or by phone and you are quick to respond to our questions. I think that makes for good business.

I choose to do business with Cruise Planners as I have developed a good relationship with the travel agents whom I have found to give me excellent service. They will work to try to match the prices of the other cruise competition such as Travelocity, Expedia, etc. and they are friendly people who have integrity and they are dedicated to making your trip as cost efficient and enjoyable as possible.
I am an experienced cruiser who usually sails with large groups of people and so when booking for large groups there are usually a lot of extra details that come with payment arrangements, changes, the gathering of information for each person who is sailing etc. that the travel agent has to deal with. I sincerely appreciate the way that I am treated as a customer even when the arrangements may be a little more time consuming and or difficult.
It has been a pleasure doing business with Cruise Planners and I have in the past and will continue to recommend my family members and friends.
