PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of $25.00 per person will be due on or before March 6, 2010. The minimum monthly payment of $50.00 will be required on or before the 10th of each month until August 4, 2010 with a deposit of $250.00 per person due by July 10, 2010 or your cabin is subject to cancellation by Carnival Cruises. All major credit cards are accepted, and payments can be made by calling 1-888-292-1997 ext 2 or by mailing checks or money orders to Cruise Planners, 1036 Snead Drive Suffolk, VA 23434. A fee of $35.00 will be applied for all returned checks. Make checks or money orders payable to Cruise Planners.

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE Travel Insurance is highly recommended in order to protect your investment. Cruise Lines and Tour Companies charge penalties for cancellations that range from the deposit amount to no refunds at all. In addition, Travel Insurance protects you during your trip by providing the following: emergency medical and dental coverage, medical evacuation, baggage delay and more. Often times your own health insurance will not cover you while you are out of the country. The average expense for emergency medical transportation back to the US is over $10,000.00, which, without insurance, would be considered an out of pocket expense. NOTE: Carnival has the option of canceling your cabin at any time if monthly payments are not maintained. Please note, all reservations are subject to cancellation at the discretion of the cruise line if final payments are not received on or before the final payment due date.
Single occupancy is available at 200% of the fare for all categories. Please note, to calculate the single fare you must first combine the cruise fare and the all surcharges. All rates and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
FUEL CHARGE WAIVER: Carnival reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00 per barrel. The fuel supplement for 1st and 2nd guests would be no more than $10 per guest per day, to a maximum of $140 per cruise; and for additional guests would be no more than $5 per person per day, to a maximum of $70 per cruise.
